What happens after you send the request
A concierge reads every enquiry personally and answers in writing within one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time. An introductory call follows inside 48 hours.

01Request reviewed
We check your brief against live supply in Germany, Switzerland, the Gulf states and Japan, and flag anything unrealistic before you invest more time.

02Introductory call
Thirty minutes by phone or video, at a time you choose. We settle budget, specification, delivery country and deadline.

03Written brief
Within five business days you receive a sourcing plan: candidate markets, inspection route, transport options, timeline and fee structure, in writing.

04Your decision
Approve the brief and the search opens. Decline it and the file closes with no further obligation.
Consultation fee: €500, credited toward the success fee of 2% of the final purchase price if the acquisition proceeds. Nothing is invoiced before you approve the written brief.
