What we do

Five services, one acquisition. We source, inspect, negotiate, transport, register and advise as an independent automotive concierge. We never act as a dealer.

    Sourcing

    We scan franchise dealers, private collections and closed auctions across the EU and the UK, then present a shortlist with documented service history and current market pricing.

  2. 02

    Independent inspection

    A 180-point mechanical and cosmetic check, carried out in daylight and again on a lift. Paint depth readings, chassis review and a written verdict before any money moves.

  3. 03

    Negotiation

    We negotiate on your behalf, with your ceiling as the only limit. You receive one summary of price, terms and rejected alternatives before you decide.

  4. 04

    Transport

    Enclosed, insured door-to-door movement from the seller's location to your address, with condition evidence recorded at both ends of the journey.

  5. 05

    Customs and registration

    Import documentation, duty calculation and registration support handled with your chosen broker, so the car arrives ready for Ukrainian plates.

What we do not do

clrloop.com works for buyers. Four limits define every mandate: we never sell, never stock, never represent the seller, and never take a hidden commission from a dealership.

  1. 01

    No vehicle sales

    We never sell a car and never appear as the seller on a contract. The purchase agreement is signed between you and the owner, with your name on it.

  2. 02

    No inventory or showroom

    There is no lot to browse and no ageing stock to clear. Each search begins with the specification you commission and ends when that car is found.

  3. 03

    No seller representation

    Our instructions come from the buyer alone. We decline mandates from private owners, importers and auction houses, so no one else's interest sits at the table.

  4. 04

    No dealer referral fees

    We accept no payment from a dealer, workshop, insurer or transporter. The fee agreed with you is the only revenue on the file.

Fees, agreed before the search opens

A mandate carries two fees. Nothing is billed by the hour, and no commission is triggered by a car you decide against.

Pass-through costs are never estimated or marked up. Independent inspections, enclosed transport, customs duties and registration reach your invoice at their original amount, with supplier documents attached.

Start with a private consultation

One conversation sets the brief: the car, the condition standard, and the markets worth searching. The consultation fee is credited toward the success fee if the acquisition proceeds.
