01 / 05 · Process
Every acquisition runs on the same written sequence, with fixed checkpoints and a paper trail you keep. Timelines below assume a European search. Rare specifications extend step two.
We set the brief together: body style, age ceiling, mileage cap, colour and equipment priorities, budget envelope, target delivery month. You receive the written brief back within the week.
Dealer networks, auction houses and private collections across the EU and the Gulf are screened against your brief. You see three to five finalists with photography, history files and asking prices.
An independent technician inspects each finalist on site. Paint depth readings, service records, accident history and chassis documentation are checked before any money moves.
We negotiate as an independent party, then coordinate escrow, payment and export paperwork with the seller. Nothing is signed on your behalf without written approval.
Enclosed transport into Kyiv, customs clearance, registration support and a documented handover file. First service booking and warranty review follow within 60 days.

Case 01
The client wanted a two-door grand tourer with full service history and no accident record. We read 27 listings across four markets, commissioned four independent inspections and declined three cars. The fourth passed a 210-point check. We negotiated 7.4% off the asking price and arranged enclosed transport to the client's address in Kyiv.
Two more cases in the same format: a 2019 sports saloon sourced in Belgium and the Netherlands, and a 2022 open-top roadster sourced in Italy. Documents are shown during a consultation.

“I expected to be sold a car quickly. Instead I was told twice to wait. That is why I signed.”
