Terms of Service

These Terms form a public offer under Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and are accepted under Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1. Provider and scope

clrloop.com, LLC (EDRPOU 15758663) acts as an independent consultant and broker for vehicle search, inspections, price negotiation and delivery logistics. We are not the seller, manufacturer or dealer and do not own the vehicles.

2. Client obligations

You provide accurate identification and contact data, supply documents and funds needed for the transaction, pay agreed fees on time and confirm selections in writing.

3. Fees and currency

Fees are stated in the order confirmation before payment. Cross-border transfers in USD or EUR follow Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 148 and the Law of Ukraine "On Currency and Currency Transactions".

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before work starts and receive a refund less costs already incurred. Distance contracts follow the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights" and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid. We are not liable for seller conduct or third-party inspection, customs and transport delays.

6. Data, language and law

Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data". The Ukrainian version of this offer prevails under the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language". Dispute-body information is given under Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights". Ukrainian law governs.
